Cancellation Policy

Photographer Contract This agreement is for the services purchased by the client for Picture Perfect Studio. By submitting payment, you agree to the following: 1. Engagement The Client hereby engages the Photographer to provide photographic services at the describe location for the a,punt of time described. The Photographer agrees to carry out said photographic services in a professional, punctual and cooperative manner in accordance with the highest standards and best practices of the photographic industry. Rights
Photographer and Client hereby agree that all rights, copyrights, titles and interest in any photographs (the "Photographs") taken by the Photographer on behalf of Client belong solely and exclusively the property of Client and are free from any claims whatsoever by the Photographer. Remuneration Client promises to pay Photographer the deposit of $25 for the session time and date. This is a one-time non refundable payment for Photographer's promise to hold the time and date for the client. This payment will be deducted from the total for the service and the remainder will be due the day of the photography session. If the client has to reschedule for any reason, the initial deposit will be used as a rescheduling fee, and a new deposit will be required and applied to the session total. 4. Delivery The Photographer agrees to deliver the Photographs within seven (14) days after the Photographs have been taken by Photographer. The Photographs shall be of a quality customarily expected from the work of professional photographer as well as commensurate with Photographer's previous work. Portfolio Use
Photographer may use approved Photographs for non-commercial, non-publication purposes to promote Photographer's work to persons other than the general public, including promotional cards and portfolios, provided the Photographs are not transferred over the Internet. Gallery exhibits are subject to Client's prior written approval in each instance Confidentiality
Photographer acknowledges that the privacy of Client is highly valued and that all efforts are made to maintain confidentiality. Accordingly, Photographer agrees not to disclose any confidential, personal, or private information about Client, Client's family, or Client's personal relationships at any time, or to write or assist in the writing or preparation of articles, news stories, books, or other. By submitting payment you have read and agree to the above contract.
