About Us
Dance In The Rain. Dream For The Future.
At Storm Studios we are committed to teaching students how to dance in the rain and dream for the future. We have three core pillars that drive our actions and shape our vision. We promise to:
Prepare dancers for life on and off stage.
Promote community involvement.
Provide a safe and inclusive environment.
Our Mission
Prepare dancers for life on and off stage.
Our goal is to provide lessons that will stay with our dancers beyond
their years at the studio and be applicable in whatever path they take in life. With each dance lesson they will also learn the importance of responsibility, respect, team work, sportsmanship, leadership qualities, determination and so much more. Not all of our students will go on in life to be professional dancers, but we aim to give them the tools to be successful in whichever profession they choose.
We provide thorough training and focus on developing each individuals personal talents while working towards collective goals as a team. Our qualified instructors have goals and development outlines for each individual class planned out for the entire year. This helps create a comprehensive dance education and allows for linear growth in our dancers training.
Promote community involvement.
Storm Studios makes a continual effort to give back to the community.
Whether it’s providing entertainment for local events, supporting and promoting local businesses, providing open classes to the community, or supporting performers and dancers outside of our studio. We believe it is important to demonstrate by example how to love and support our neighbors and be involved with local civic matters.
Provide a safe and inclusive environment.
We take the actions needed to prevent injury in class, including injury prevention training for our staff and ensuring we have the proper equipment. Our studio has floating floors to prevent any kind of joint pain or other long-term injuries that can occur from dancing on hard surfaces.
Our studio doors are open to everyone. Dance is for everyone regardless of age, ability, experience, body type or any other factor. We will not tolerate bullying or exclusion of any kind.
